Place zAlwaysRunning.pk4 under "base" folder.
Place zAlwaysRunning-xp.pk4 under "d3xp" folder.

This modification permits 'always running' for the player's walking status.
Therefore, set 'Always Run' to "No" under multiplayer settings.

The change was from "140" to "260" under 'pm_walkspeed', if interesting.
