This is version 2 of the previous modification which adds the sniper rifle by default with 25 rounds for FlameKnight7's Campaign mode in Assault Coop beta 3.0. If you have downloaded the first version, you would need to uninstall it (by deleting the "mission.coop.xml" as instructed in SniperMod.txt) to run this version correctly. Carefully revised and modified by Guy "Deadmeat1971" Babin. Just extract all the contents from this zipped file to Mods\AssaultCoop. That's it! To uninstall this modification, just delete the file "level99ac.pak" from each levels folders: Bunker, Carrier, Fort, Pier, Research, Training, and Treehouse. Added Features: --Sniper Rifle with at least 25 rounds of ammo. --Necessary items like binocular, heat goggle, and flashlight are present by default in some maps. --Respawn of items is enabled for five seconds. --Enemies spawn randomly which make each game differently for replay. ;) You read right. Three exclusive Campaign COOP maps for your enjoyment! Although, they are in beta state since I had to converted them myself. Minor bugs are present but nothing major. They're still fully playable. The first map will 'continue' after Bunker. The maps are: ac_Steam ac_Regulator ac_Control Please read the known bugs below before playing. This will avoid any frustration you might encounter during the play since they are still considered "beta". I'm still thinking of continuing to convert some more Campaign maps in the near future (if interesting). In the meantime, you might want to check out another COOP mod I came across which already have most of the last few Campaign levels completed. It's Mixer's "Contest Island - Invasion" (Russian). You can web search this or follow this present link: http://verysoft.narod.ru/cisstory.htm Known Bugs: --Map change can only be triggered by the HOST on ac_Regulator. --Some triggers do not work correctly on a dedicated server, so this is impossible to setup a workable dedicated server for these maps. --Connection Settings on HIGHEST will cause the CLIENT's weapons to disappear or would not function at all. It's best to set it around 15kb/s or less with a maximum of 4 players. --Client would not be able to see the changes on switches and valves but the function of these STILL work. Animation problems with AI's driving the vehicle and glitches of the elevators are present ONLY on the CLIENT's side (CLIENT can still use the elevators but they may appear 'out of place' or simply 'invisible') --Another issue (rarely) is the AI enemies sometime do not appear at first (see it happened in ac_Regulator).
